Fulfil the application form for resident halls in Ludwigshafen, Germany and send it to I-IMC Germany. (As we can not ensure every student a room in the student resident halls. Eventually pay for your accommodation in advance. (The deadline for the payment is made individually by each resident hall. You will get informed in time.)

Apply for the visa at the German embassy
August 15th, 2008
Receive visa for Germany (at the latest)
Book flight to Germany
September 1st till September 16th, 2008
Arrival in Ludwigshafen, Germany at the latest
Move in resident hall
Immediately after arrival, 2008
Registration at Authority for Foreign Affairs
Application for bank account, etc. in Germany
From September 19th to December 13th, 2008
Lectures
Work or make an internship from Monday to Thursday

Written exams on June 13/14
From 14th of December to mid February or beginning of March, 2009
