Students are required to have

• a completed university degree (at least 3 years) or higher, at a recognised university,
• 3 years of relevant work experience and
• sound knowledge of the English language.

In exceptional cases, students without a university degree may be admitted if they have at least 5 years’ work experience and a university-entrance qualification in specific subject(s).

All applicants have to take an admission test. The test consists of an English test (multiple choice, 90 min.), a test on basic business administration (written test; 90 min.) and a short personal interview (30 min.).
For those applicants they only have professional experience without completed university degree must prepare a scientific essay written as homework. The time allowed for completing the homework is 3 weeks after the personal interview.

Actual admission Schedule

• Submit application from now till 31st July
• Admission test from 16th July to 12th August
• Interview 10th August  to 27th August
• Admission notification till 14th September
• Enrolment application from 15th September to 15th October
• Commencement on 25th October

Necessary documents for the application

• Completed official application form (see Downloads),
• Original or certified copies of academic reports and other required documents (if these are not in English, an official translation is required),
• Professional work experience certificates in English, or official translation in English along with the original.

Admission and tuition fees

Application fee: 50 USD

The tuition fees for the MBA-IMC® course amount to 8,890 USD in total:

• before beginning of the 1st semester 60% of the tuition fee: 5,334USD
• before beginning of the 3rd semester 40%: 3,556 USD
• Students’ union: approx. 490 USD for 4 semesters (subject to change, payment before beginning of study)
• (Optional: an additional 2,500 USD for 2 semesters in Germany)

Scholarship programmes are in process, please contact us directly. At the moment we can offer a scholarship to some high-performing students for the optional year in Germany. The scholarship covers the expenses for the long distance travel as well as the living costs in Germany.

Optional 2nd year in Germany

Those interested in studying in Germany in the second year, will have to find a job / work placement relevant to the subject matter of the course. We support you in the acquisition of the necessary visa with a work permit. A solid knowledge of German is required.
